Hello! I'm Anthony
I am from Arlington, Virginia and I'm a senior at Marymount University majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations.
I currently work in the Campus Planning and Management office at Marymount as an office assistant. I'm also a part-time NHL journalist for The Game Haus.I enjoy being creative and facing new challenges. I started the first ice hockey club at Marymount University. Building the club taught me to be organized and an effective communicator. It also gave me the opportunity and experience of Marketing and event planning. Being a member of the Knights of Columbus, I value my time volunteering for my church and community. When I graduate I hope to become a part of Public Relations and Marketing firm in Washington D.C. I also want to continue my education at Marymount and pursue a graduate degree in economics. I plan to stay involved with the University’s ice hockey club by becoming a coach and continuing to build on the team’s foundation.

Assist with campus-wide projects, for example, updating the room occupant database and ordering new sign inserts for events. I also maintain overall support of Auxiliary Services functions and assist Transportation Services and Physical Plant Operations.
Marymount University Student Affairs
Provides general office support. Also assists with receptionist activities including first point-of-contact with visitors/guests, telephone inquiries, and referrals to other offices when appropriate. In addition, I assist with the gathering and compiling of data/internet research. I also assist investigators in background checks.

Knights of Columbus – St. Thomas More – Second Degree Member
Help the organization with their yearly Christmas tree sales. The proceeds of the tree sales goes to local charities. I volunteered for forty hours during the six-week sale. The organization is a Catholic-based Fraternal Organization engaged in charity (local and global in scope). Also help with the monthly pancake breakfast to help raise money for homeless shelters.
Chesapeake Bay Conference 2011
Awarded a scholarship to attend a one-week conference about the future of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries and why it is important to save this valuable resource.
Marymount University Ice Hockey Club
Founder and current president of the club. Responsibilities include scheduling games, arranging meetings, meeting with school administrators and league officials, setting up events, and teaching others about the game of hockey. Arranged an organized exhibition game at the Verizon Center against Northern Virginia Community College.
